Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in project management, change management, or process improvement within an engineering or technical environment.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project management capabilities including integration planning.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and implement meaningful improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced prioritization and workload-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of project financial operations.
Identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
Partner with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to develop sustainable improvements.
Establish and maintain standardized processes, policies, and controls for the project lifecycle.
Lead organizational change initiatives including change management, communications, and training.
Support ERP enhancements and technology initiatives by aligning business processes with capabilities.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process-mapping sessions to identify root causes and optimize workflows.
Support the integration of engineering client projects and operational processes following acquisitions.
