- Practical, curious mindset with a focus on turning ideas into action.
- Comfortable operating with high levels of ambiguity.
- Ability to influence outcomes through clarity and credibility rather than line authority.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or Power Automate is considered helpful.
Responsibilities
- Review end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign them for simplicity and scalability.
- Capture business knowledge and create clear standards using AI and modern documentation tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and translate business needs into technical requirements for Product, Technology, and Ops teams.
- Lead change delivery efforts to ensure improvements are successfully adopted and sustained.
- Establish ownership and success metrics for all improved processes.
- Guide teams in utilizing AI to reduce manual workloads and improve decision-making.
- Improve data quality and reduce system duplication to strengthen reporting.
