Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain leadership.
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence.
- Proficiency with ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Experience with project management and supply chain software.
- Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills.
- APICS – CPIM certification (preferred).
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, and optimization of a digital ecosystem for procurement, parts distribution, and construction projects.
- Develop technology strategy, roadmap, and ensure enterprise architecture alignment.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and governance for technology investments.
- Provide leadership for manufacturing systems and construction project technology.
- Define and drive the AI strategy and roadmap.
- Lead change management initiatives, system adoption, and process compliance.
- Manage enterprise supply chain data, analytics, and decision support.
- Oversee cybersecurity, governance, and risk management for supply chain systems.
- Collaborate across the organization to influence system improvements and operational excellence.
