Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP consulting or business transformation experience.
- Experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.
- Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience documenting process flows, requirements, and business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
- Analyze process gaps and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and standard processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to ensure alignment with SAP standard capabilities.
- Support SAP Activate implementation methodology including testing strategy and UAT planning.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage tools like SAP Signavio.
