Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- At least 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related clinical research environment.
- Thorough understanding of the drug development process and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical monitoring and trial execution.
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) preferred.
- Oncology experience is highly recommended.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel for business needs as required.
- Valid driver’s license where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Allocate CRA resources and conduct ongoing workload assessments to maintain balanced assignments.
- Assess and strengthen CRA knowledge and monitoring capabilities.
- Monitor CRA performance and quality indicators to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP.
- Build strong relationships with clinical sites to support study execution.
- Review monitoring quality, identify compliance issues, and implement resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study and site milestone delivery.
- Conduct accompanied visits to evaluate CRA monitoring competency.
- Contribute to process optimization and risk management initiatives.
- Support site audits, inspections, and Site Compliance Visits.
- Recruit, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
