Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or relevant field.
- Thorough understanding of the drug development process and expert knowledge of ICH-GCP.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Experience in Oncology is highly recommended.
- Previous experience as a CRA preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to business trips as required per business need.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Allocate CRA resources and assess workloads to ensure study deliverables and quality monitoring.
- Manage and address CRA performance and quality indicators according to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
- Strengthen site relationships and uphold company trial delivery reputation.
- Review monitoring quality and resolve compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct assessment and accompanied visits to evaluate CRA monitoring competency.
- Support site audits, inspections, and Site Compliance Visits (SCV) while ensuring corrective actions.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members.
