- Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience mapping and analyzing business processes.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, core functionality, and best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of data management principles, analysis, migration, and quality.
- Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Basic project management knowledge.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Map and analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop training materials and conduct user training to support adoption.
- Manage data initiatives including migration, quality, integrity, and governance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
