Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- 4–5 years of experience using Python for advanced analytics, automation, or modeling.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas, and normalized vs. denormalized designs.
- Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end—from business requirements through analysis and executive recommendations.
- Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics, reporting, or revenue operations.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have: Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation.
Responsibilities
- Transform data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
- Identify and contribute to the development of scalable data tools that improve how data is transformed, managed, and accessed.
- Build predictive and forecasting models to support revenue growth, marketing effectiveness, and improved customer experiences.
- Lead analytics and modeling projects that translate organizational data into clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement modern tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and communicate data trends effectively.
- Partner with business teams to support operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports with visual storytelling.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including options and trade-offs.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to support recurring business review and planning cycles.
