Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- 5+ years of experience leading large, complex sales teams or commercial organizations.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.
- Proven experience building and managing executive-level customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Strong track record managing complex sales cycles, strategic negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely with a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection (10 Mbps down/5 Mbps up).
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%–50% nationally within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy, aligning commercial priorities with organizational objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on consultative selling and accountability.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.
- Lead complex sales pursuits, contract negotiations, executive presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Pharmacy Services, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Use data, market insights, and performance analytics to evaluate sales effectiveness and support informed decision-making.
