Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in EdTech sales, K–12 sales, or a senior K–12 special education leadership position.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes with strong follow-through and consultative skills.
- Strong understanding of the K–12 education ecosystem, particularly special education and student services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft.
- Familiarity with virtual presentation platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Early-adopter mindset with enthusiasm for technology.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or background in K–12 education is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan across assigned U.S. markets.
- Generate, identify, qualify, and manage prospective clients through the complete sales funnel.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand and address district challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with district administrators and special education leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to support onboarding.
- Monitor education trends, funding models, and regulations influencing district purchasing.
- Maintain pipeline discipline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at conferences and lead in-person site meetings.
