Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex programs and events simultaneously in a highly regulated environment.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and handle various projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Ability to travel 60% or more, including weekends.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, HCC policies, and the Sunshine Act.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical education leadership to align program execution with overall strategy.
- Partner with product teams to align clinical messaging and marketing initiatives with educational efforts.
- Manage end-to-end program planning including agenda creation, logistics, registration, and on-site clinical support.
- Maintain and update program templates, speaker slide decks, and support structures to ensure consistency.
- Develop and analyze program metrics, feedback, and educational outcomes to identify improvements.
- Ensure total program compliance with FDA, HCC, and Sunshine Act guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and protocols.
- Achieve and maintain deep clinical and disease state knowledge regarding vascular therapies and competing products.
