Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex programs and events simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing assignments.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to travel for business 60% or more, including weekends.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Medical Education leadership to align program execution with strategy.
- Partner with product teams to align educational content with clinical messaging.
- Lead program planning from agenda and content creation to attendee registration and logistics.
- Provide on-site clinical support for workshops, CE programs, and educational events.
- Maintain standard program templates and ensure consistency across educational materials.
- Develop and analyze program metrics and attendee feedback to drive process improvements.
- Ensure program compliance with FDA and company-specific regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate timely expense submissions and HCC request processing in alignment with the Sunshine Act.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and departmental protocols.
