Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst).
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Strong execution skills with integration and automation expertise.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with basic SQL querying.
- Experience with JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specs like OpenAPI.
- Experience with web development.
- Experience writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
- Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives to design solutions.
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems and technical requirements.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
