Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production software.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, shadcn, and Tailwind.
- Proficiency in Python (uv), Pydantic, and Django/Django Ninja or FastAPI.
- Experience with Postgres, migrations, and tenant scoping.
- Familiarity with AI systems including pydantic-ai, evals, and LLM provider integration.
- Cloud infrastructure experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong evidence discipline: ability to separate fact, inference, assumption, and risk.
- Strong product judgment to balance customization with core platform development.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Run customer discovery, workflow shadowing, and field notes with operators and decision owners.
- Implement thin product slices in a live codebase across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
- Write tests, run realistic paths, inspect logs, and document project status for customers.
- Explain tradeoffs, risks, and next steps to non-technical customers.
- Identify reusable patterns from field work and feed them into product and engineering roadmaps.
- Carry ambiguous work end to end: discovery, build, demo, rollout, and follow-up.
