At least 6 years of experience in support or full stack engineering with a focus on delivery, observability, and cloud technologies.
Strong hands-on software development experience with .NET and Node.js.
Proficiency in frontend development with React or Vue.js.
Proven experience leading a squad or team, driving delivery, and providing technical mentorship.
Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems.
Experience utilizing observability platforms for metrics, logs, and tracing in microservice architectures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to own customer issues through to resolution.
Fluent in English.
Customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to context switch frequently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
Analyze system behavior using logs, metrics, and tracing to diagnose root causes in distributed systems.
Debug application code primarily in .NET or NodeJS and contribute code-level fixes.
Configure enterprise monitoring solutions and conduct post-incident reviews to implement preventive measures.
Automate support needs, develop runbooks, and maintain support tools.
Participate in infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, and systems tuning.
Help define and drive KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, resolution time, and first contact resolution.
