Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go.
- Hands-on experience in React and React-Native.
- Experience architecting full-stack features end-to-end, including REST and gRPC API design.
- Experience with database and persistence layer design, including managing schema and data changes over time.
- Experience with user analytics and data transformation pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerisation.
- Experience writing comprehensive tests, working with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting automated deployment practices.
- Experience applying AI tooling.
- Strong communication skills for distributed, async team environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features across our React/TypeScript frontend and Kotlin/Go/Rails backends.
- Implement robust API integrations following our BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns.
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using our design system.
- Write comprehensive tests and contribute to our strong CI/CD practices.
- Contribute to our user and system observability and monitoring, including being on-call.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
