Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer with production-grade projects.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience across the full stack, including API development, database management, frontend work, and deployment.
- Proven ability to build with AI daily to increase development speed significantly.
- Experience working directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and support applications post-launch.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with experience leading calls with executives.
- Strong product sense and ability to prioritize shipping useful features over perfecting architecture.
- Ability to say no to clients and offer improved alternatives when necessary.
- Hands-on and resourceful problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with brokerage leaders to identify and translate real business problems into clear technical specifications.
- Develop rapid prototypes that allow clients to provide immediate feedback.
- Ship new features and integrations to production using Rechat's APIs at a fast pace.
- Build and maintain AI agents, including defining trigger logic, data usage, and error-handling workflows.
- Provide post-launch debugging, support, and maintenance for everything you build.
- Productize custom client solutions by identifying shared needs and integrating them into the core platform.
- Drive adoption by ensuring built features provide tangible value to users.
