Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth, growth product management, or lifecycle/funnel roles.
- Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business.
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products, or targeting technical audiences.
- Ability to prototype ideas using AI coding tools for experiments, mockups, and working demos.
- Demonstrated success in customer growth areas: activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, and churn reduction.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making: defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, and customer segmentation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align marketing, product, CS, RevOps, and sales teams.
- Experience working as a product owner or growth PM with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end, defining and improving stages from signup through activation and expansion.
- Serve as product owner for the website and application UI, setting roadmaps and priorities with engineering and design teams.
- Optimize conversion mechanisms by designing and executing A/B tests and funnel experiments.
- Develop Product-Led Growth (PLG) journeys for the developer ecosystem, improving workflows across docs, SDKs, and code examples.
- Build customer data systems to segment users and identify opportunities for nurture and sales-assisted outreach.
- Report on experimentation results honestly, prioritizing high-impact growth initiatives.
