Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end.
Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content).
Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including defining UX behavior and rollout strategies.
Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools.
Demonstrated AI fluency with strong judgment in translating AI capabilities into product experiences.
Strong communicator capable of simplifying complexity and framing trade-offs.
Pragmatic and execution-oriented approach to balancing experimentation with delivery.
Experience partnering with technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints.

Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion.
Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences, including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation.
Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows.
Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models.
Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.
Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain.
