Requirements
- 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation, or tech content.
- Proven ability to own documentation end-to-end, taking responsibility for accuracy and clarity.
- Near-native written English (C1/C2) with a consistent voice.
- Working Russian language proficiency to communicate directly with the product team.
- Ability to read technical specs, follow basic API behavior, and explain it accurately.
- Proficiency in producing, recording, editing, and shipping clear screen-recorded walkthroughs.
- Self-sufficient approach to applying quality standards and improving existing work.
- Ability to use AI tools meaningfully in day-to-day documentation workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Turn feature specs into published articles that go live on release day.
- Collaborate with the Russian-speaking product team to accurately document product behavior.
- Check AI-generated drafts against the actual product to ensure total accuracy.
- Triage and resolve incoming feedback on live documentation.
- Refactor and modernize older documentation as release capacity allows.
- Produce and maintain screenshots, screen recordings, and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional English-speaking teams to identify documentation gaps.
