Requirements
- Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Deep practical experience with AI agentic coding environments: Claude Code, OpenCode, and Gemini Enterprise.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Proficiency with Git, CLI tools, Linux environments, and REST/RPC APIs.
- Ability to read and understand backend code (Java, Python), architectural diagrams, and Jira refinements.
- Experience integrating automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Exceptional written and spoken Polish and English.
- Strong belief in 'Docs-as-Code' principles and programmatic automation.
- Ability to design user workflows to guide LLMs in explaining analytical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated AI documentation pipelines using tools like Claude Code, OpenCode, and n8n.
- Build agent workflows that synthesize complex analytical concepts such as graph traversal and pathfinding into structured user guides.
- Manage and optimize documentation architecture and platforms like DokuWiki and Markdown.
- Establish automated quality assurance frameworks including linting and dead-link auditing.
- Synchronize technical release artifacts and system configurations into updated manuals.
- Build and refine agent skills and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for engineering team use.
- Review and validate technical documentation to ensure clarity and pedagogical quality.
