Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding objectives.
- Established network and relationship-building experience within the AEC industry.
- Strong understanding of professional services procurement (RFPs, RFQs, contracts).
- Proven success in closing complex professional-services engagements.
- Consultative and solution-oriented selling approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive engagement.
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple pursuits.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual client relations and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic AEC clients and partners.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
- Lead targeted project pursuits by aligning client objectives with technology solutions.
- Support major proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and interview preparation.
- Coach and mentor technical leaders and team members on consultative selling.
- Collaborate with market intelligence, technical, and delivery teams on sales strategies.
