Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, virtual care, or healthcare services.
  • Substantial experience in enterprise partnerships or business development.
  • Extensive first-hand experience commercializing disease management, connected care, or wearable-enabled programs.
  • Deep understanding of buying decisions across health plans, health systems, and provider groups.
  • Proven track record of taking early pilots through implementation, measurement, and expansion.
  • Ability to develop compelling narratives for executive audiences including CMOs, CFOs, and procurement leaders.
  • Fluency in healthcare economics, including utilization, total cost of care, reimbursement, and ROI.
  • Experience building new market or product motions where offerings were not initially defined.
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical, product, engineering, legal, and outcomes teams.
  • Strong communication skills with an analytical and hands-on operating style.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles across health plans, health systems, and virtual care companies.
  • Engage enterprise healthcare prospects to integrate Oura's wearable signals into care delivery.
  • Map healthcare buying environments to identify clinical, financial, and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead consultative, complex sales processes and manage a qualified pipeline.
  • Develop business cases, pricing structures, and contracting strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to move opportunities from concept to pilot to scaled deployment.
  • Define success criteria for launches, including engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial impact.
  • Represent Oura at industry forums and conferences as a voice on digital health.
