Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China).
- Direct experience at major cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and spread formation.
- Deep knowledge of regional payment systems, including bank transfers, local e-wallets, and alternative rails.
- Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (Chinese or other regional languages are a plus).
- Understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models.
- Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures.
- Maintain close engagement with key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and spread competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature design.
- Monitor core P2P KPIs and conduct data analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patterns.
- Track competitor strategies and propose strategic responses based on market shifts.
