Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation.
- Deep fluency in CRM roadmap development, customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel orchestration.
- Hands-on familiarity with at least two enterprise martech platforms (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium).
- Strong analytical foundation with experience building performance models and analyzing large datasets.
- Proven track record building and presenting multi-year roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning.
- Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy setting.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills tailored for audiences from individual contributors to executives.
- Strong executive presence and ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Solution Consultants to assess client martech environments and identify capability gaps.
- Develop multi-year martech roadmaps aligned with data infrastructure and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end journey mapping sessions from discovery to future-state design.
- Build impact valuations, ROI models, and use-case prioritization frameworks for executive stakeholders.
- Design trigger-based and always-on lifecycle journey experiences across multiple channels.
- Develop performance narratives and analytics architectures to support data-backed investment decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders to solve unmet business needs.
- Author thought leadership and contribute to internal methodology and reusable workshop frameworks.
- Manage time to meet minimum billable targets of 36+ hours per week.
