Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles within the Lubricant and Metalworking Fluid markets.
- Proven experience managing strategic or national accounts within distribution, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver profitable business growth.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer and business objectives, up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for assigned key accounts and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with strategic customers and business partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management to ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, technical teams, customer service, and supply chain to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Drive achievement of annual sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of business performance metrics.
- Support strategic supplier and principal relationships aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Promote a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
