- Capability to maintain human-in-the-loop safeguards for sensitive HR, financial, and customer data.
Responsibilities
- Build ATS and payroll automations, onboard guides via AI-assisted materials, and manage performance dashboards.
- Set up automated workflows for monitoring marketing performance, local business profiles, brand sentiment, and email/SMS triggers.
- Help organize AI-assisted workflows for social media and website content planning and publishing.
- Review manual operational tasks, write technical specifications for developers, and conduct thorough testing of automations.
- Train internal teams on new tools and track metrics for time and error reductions while maintaining human-in-the-loop safeguards.
