Requirements

  • Experience using or strong familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or comparable AI automation tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and process-mapping skills.
  • Ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and business logic.
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to technical developers.
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts, including advertising, SEO, and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR, scheduling, ATS, or workforce management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail when testing workflows and identifying exceptions.
  • Proactive builder mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Map existing manual workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
  • Design and implement workflows using low-code and no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Develop ATS and payroll-related automations, AI-assisted onboarding materials, and dashboards supporting workforce performance, scheduling, and operational coverage.
  • Build and maintain marketing and brand-reputation workflows, including advertising performance monitoring, local Google Business Profile tracking, influencer outreach support, brand sentiment monitoring, and email/SMS triggers.
  • Support AI-assisted content workflows for planning, routing, and publishing social media and website content across multiple brands.
  • Translate business processes into clear step-by-step specifications, operational rules, integration requirements, and business logic for developers.
  • Coordinate with developers on APIs, integrations, workflow requirements, and implementation details.
  • Thoroughly test automations before launch, identify errors or edge cases, and coordinate improvements until workflows operate reliably.
  • Support internal teams during adoption of new automated tools and processes.
  • Track the impact of automation by monitoring time savings, error reduction, and workflow performance.
