Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or significant experience in a legal operations role at a plaintiff law firm.
- Deep understanding of legal intake processes, including call flows, lead qualification, and case viability assessment.
- Proven ability to translate operational knowledge into technical configurations within AI-driven workflows.
- Strong documentation skills to systematize knowledge into team playbooks.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with CSMs, engineers, and legal firms.
- Experience with legal intake platforms or voice AI tools such as RingCentral, Clio Grow, Lead Docket, or Smart Advocate.
- Experience in a consulting capacity related to legal or intake operations.
- Experience training non-technical teams on new workflows or tools.
Responsibilities
- Own voice agent customization end to end for every firm in intake onboarding, including call flows, firm knowledge bases, objection handling, and lead scoring criteria.
- Set up the full intake stack alongside integrations engineering, including phone systems, CRM/DMS handoff, and e-signature workflows.
- Define the standard for successful intake onboarding, establishing checkpoints and sequencing for firm implementation.
- Document and systematize technical configurations to build a team-wide intake playbook.
- Manage a book of intake-focused accounts, including specialized intake-only and land-and-expand deals.
