2-4 years of experience in marketing, content development, design production, or creative services.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for advisor-facing and B2B marketing materials.
Design production skills, including layout, formatting, image sizing, and brand alignment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms preferred.
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries like wealth management preferred.
Strong attention to detail for managing disclosures, formatting, and accuracy of data.
Ability to manage feedback loops and project dependencies across cross-functional teams.

Create, edit, and update advisor-facing and B2B marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, emails, and website content.
Translate marketing strategy and stakeholder input into clear, practical assets for business development and sales enablement.
Develop and update templated creative assets including social graphics, webinar visuals, and PDFs using brand standards.
Support basic website and CMS updates, including page QA and resource formatting.
Coordinate projects from intake to final delivery, facilitating compliance review cycles and managing timelines.
Build and maintain scalable libraries of marketing resources, templates, and copy frameworks.
Gather and organize performance information for campaign recaps and program reporting.
