Requirements
- Proven experience in loan coordination, loan processing, mortgage operations, or lender liaison roles.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. mortgage/lending process.
- Experience managing loan files from submission through closing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours.
- Familiarity with Encompass, LendingPad, Jungo, or Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with DSCR, non-QM, or investment-property financing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Track active loan files from submission through closing.
- Monitor loan status, deadlines, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Serve as primary contact with lenders and underwriters to resolve conditions.
- Gather and organize required loan documentation for file completeness.
- Maintain accuracy in CRM and loan management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet submission milestones.
- Identify and recommend workflow improvements to reduce loan cycle times.
