Requirements
- Previous experience in production coordination, booking, planning, casting, dubbing, or localization.
- Strong ability to organize and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, shared calendars, and operational trackers.
- Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and new tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience with dubbing, game localization, or voice-over is a plus.
- Understanding of recording studio workflows.
- Familiarity with file-transfer tools and material-tracking workflows.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain daily and weekly recording schedules for internal and external studios.
- Book voice talents, Artistic Directors, Sound Operators, and recording rooms for all sessions.
- Confirm resource availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between talents, production teams, and stakeholders.
- Track schedule changes, cancellations, pickups, and retakes.
- Ensure recording materials and instructions are distributed securely and available before sessions.
- Manage administrative documentation including contracts, NDAs, and payment-related data.
- Report project recording status to the Production Coordinator.
