Requirements
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
- Ability to quickly pick up new technologies using state-of-the-art coding agents.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and production reliability.
- Sound data-modeling instincts across relational (Postgres) and analytical (ClickHouse or similar) stores.
- Experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or code sandbox environments.
- Proven experience owning and ideating end-to-end on product, including frontend development.
- Real curiosity about customer engineering workflows.
- Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools with sound judgment.
- Clear communication skills and a habit of documenting work.
- Ability to work independently and keep the team in the loop.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Darkplane, working primarily in TypeScript/Node.js, with Go across our control-plane and analytics services.
- Design and harden how we run untrusted code and how we help customers adopting AI in SDLC safely.
- Partner with AI engineers to make agentic workflows reliable and fast in production, supplying the software-engineering depth that keeps LLM-driven evaluation predictable.
- Shape the developer experience of agentic engineering: the workflows, feedback loops, and guardrails that make AI-authored code trustworthy and quick to ship.
- Make product calls by talking to customers, understanding their adoption of agentic workflows, and using that understanding to inform business decisions.
- Co-own system stability by finding technical risk early and maintaining strong observability signals.
