Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 15 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise solutions.
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic business transformation or manufacturing.
Strong background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma tools (SIPOC, Swim Lane Diagrams).
Minimum 10 years experience in ERP consulting or production.
Minimum 5 years experience in ERP Master Planning.
Minimum 5 years experience in ERP Lean manufacturing.
Excellent presentation and sales skills with ability to influence senior executives.
Solid skills with project management approaches and project lifecycle phases.
Experience with software implementation projects.
Executive leadership skills to manage and develop change management staff.
Ability to travel up to 80%.

Involved in the MCA sales cycle by preparing sales presentations, calculating change management needs, and writing statements of work.
Facilitate and lead consultative services for enterprise transformation.
Assess and document client culture, operational excellence, and best practice adoption.
Design and lead executive sessions to define cross-functional strategic plans.
Conduct team sessions to define current and future state processes and value streams.
Develop quantitative modeling of business performance to support growth objectives.
Deliver presentations to senior executives regarding ROI and value creation.
Prepare strategy and high-level project plans for process migration.
Identify and resolve project issues including change management, data flow, and application implementation.
