Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields.
- High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior-level client stakeholders.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to drive clarity amidst ambiguity.
- Strong project management skills, including driving complex documentation, work plans, and deadlines.
- Facility with data analysis (Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake preferred).
- Metrics-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor key Neuro COE program metrics, identifying and addressing operational risks and opportunities.
- Drive the operational roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners to execute the broader COE strategy.
- Independently manage day-to-day operations supporting providers and the clinical team.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal teams.
- Scope and execute operational initiatives to improve scalability and train staff on new workflows.
- Design and implement scalable operational solutions for increased volume and complexity.
- Analyze complex operational challenges to develop creative, effective solutions.
