Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 15 years of related experience, with at least 10 years leading engineering projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Substantial experience in Autodesk Revit 3-D modeling.
- Proficiency in SKM analysis, arc flash, and photometric calculations (AGI or Elumtools preferred).
- Experience with medium-voltage distribution, microgrids, PV, battery, and building power systems.
- Background in commercial, mixed-use, aviation, hospitality, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability credentialing.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites or offices as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering technical work for complex projects.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, fee, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical review and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Guide team on models, plans, and electrical system designs including medium-voltage, microgrids, and lighting.
- Manage project staffing plans and oversee phases from initiation to completion.
- Present at conferences and professional organization events to represent the firm.
- Conduct internal training and support career development of team members.
