Requirements
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent).
- 5+ years of direct patient care experience.
- 3+ years developing and delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
- Understanding of clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, and medical decision-making.
- Familiarity with implementation science frameworks such as RE-AIM or CFIR.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone).
- Understanding of HIPAA and medical-legal documentation standards.
- Experience with AI/NLP prompt design or clinical documentation improvement technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to present to groups ranging from 5 to 100+ participants.
- Experience working in or understanding both federal (VA) and commercial healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for diverse clinical specialties across federal and commercial sites.
- Develop and maintain training curriculum, job aids, and self-paced educational resources.
- Identify, recruit, and mentor a network of Clinical Champions to support durable site adoption.
- Execute implementation strategies and lead service recovery for sites experiencing adoption challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis on clinical issues to inform AI prompt improvements and product quality standards.
- Partner with Engineering and Technical Product Managers to resolve customer-facing issues and prioritize clinical needs.
