Requirements
- Active clinical license as an RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of direct patient care experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation, EHR workflows, medical decision-making, HIPAA, and healthcare quality requirements.
- Experience with implementation science frameworks (e.g., RE-AIM, CFIR) and root-cause analysis methods.
- Experience with AI/NLP prompt design, prompt evaluation, or speech recognition technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
- Ability to use product analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience delivering virtual training to groups of varying sizes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
- Must be able to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual training, office hours, and onboarding for clinicians and Site Points of Contact.
- Develop and maintain clinical training curricula, job aids, and specialty-specific resources.
- Identify, recruit, and support Clinical Champions to foster peer learning and adoption.
- Develop implementation plans and lead service recovery for sites experiencing adoption challenges.
- Analyze AI-generated documentation errors to recommend prompt or workflow changes.
- Escalate patient safety concerns and support clinical quality scoring and auditing.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate clinician feedback into technical solutions.
