Requirements

2+ years experience in a marketing operations, campaign operations, or funnel-build role.
Experience in an online coaching, course, or direct-response business environment preferred.
Expertise in managing ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion workspaces.
Hands-on experience building pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
Proficiency building email sequences in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
Expert-level capability with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
Strong attention to detail, specifically in data reconciliation and quality control.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate freelancers or small creative teams.
Native-level written English skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and establish processes from scratch.
Ability to maintain high availability and rapid response times during core hours.

Responsibilities

Produce weekly marketing dashboards and reports reconciling data across ad platforms, Hyros, and CRM.
Maintain the ClickUp workspace including production pipelines, templates, and procedures.
Perform compliance and QA checks on all ads and emails before they go live.
Build landing pages and email sequences in GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and ActiveCampaign.
Manage the pool of video editors, including briefs, scheduling, and revision targets.
Automate repeatable tasks using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
Support the Head of Growth by tracking deadlines, meeting calendars, and tool access.
