Job Details

Experience: Minimum five years’ additional experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls and / or electrical infrastructure.
Required Skills: MS Office

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
Minimum seven years of experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, and/or electrical infrastructure.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows.
Exceptional organizational skills for file management and task tracking.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distraction-free environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills for technical and client interactions.
Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles.
Ability to meet physical demands including frequent movement through critical facilities, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Guide and direct on-site inspection, validation, and verification of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Monitor daily MEP contractor activities and ensure compliance with project documents and safety standards.
Develop testing plans, procedures, and pre-functional checklists.
Review construction-related design documents, shop drawings, and submittals.
Manage field document control systems for drawings, specifications, and test reports.
Report project status, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis.
