Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on agile projects.
- Proven track record supporting internet or mobile banking initiatives.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Proficiency in agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN), user story writing, and backlog management.
- Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, mobile/web technologies, and SDLC.
- Data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK).
- Ability to produce quality process deliverables such as BRDs, use cases, and process maps.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools like Visio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to refine and prioritize user stories and requirements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Analyze digital banking processes to identify pain points and recommend enhancements.
- Design and validate solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize value delivery.
- Act as a primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure transparency.
- Support user acceptance testing and facilitate rapid issue resolution during sprints.
- Maintain agile documentation such as user stories, process maps, and release notes.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure project success.
