Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in custom software or consulting.
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating Figma prototypes and functional deliverables like PRD/SRS.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and BDD acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in process modeling and functional understanding of APIs.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) capable of leading sessions and documentation in both.
- Experience with Jira or Zoho Projects.
- Experience with Confluence or Notion.
- Familiarity with diagrams.net and basic Postman usage.
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, integrations (Zoho, Azure, CRM/CPaaS), and product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions, including interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria using BDD (Given/When/Then), use cases, and PRD/SRS documents.
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma for user validation.
- Define project scope, manage prioritization, and maintain the backlog.
- Support pre-sales by preparing demos and POCs, creating high-level estimates, and contributing to proposals.
- Collaborate with Tech Lead, QA, and PM teams to ensure technical feasibility and documentation quality.
- Communicate, present, and document requirements in both English and Spanish.
