Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role.
- A track record of independently leading projects from start to finish.
- Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information.
- Clear and concise written and spoken English.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Based in Latin America or Europe.
- Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, including planning, timelines, owners, deliverables, and completion.
- Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving.
- Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company.
- Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks.
- Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates.
