Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable
- Practical experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations
- Strong data analysis and data management skills
- Experience working with structured and complex datasets
- Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into practical data solutions
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning to delivery
Responsibilities
- Analyze and structure data in Airtable to support business needs and decision-making
- Build and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, views, formulas, and reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Create and maintain Airtable automations and workflows
- Work with large and complex datasets
- Identify data issues and provide solutions to improve data quality and processes
- Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective data solutions
- Document data structures, workflows, and processes
