Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations in high-volume, process-driven environments (e.g., call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal).
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
- Proven experience managing production lines or workflows.
- Ability to identify and remove bottlenecks effectively.
- Experience in preventing and reducing backlog while anticipating operational risks.
- Development-oriented leadership skills to improve work quality and team productivity.
- Analytical, process-driven mindset with the ability to measure KPIs and implement sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for directing teams and cross-departmental coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
- Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
- Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
- Collaborate closely with different departments such as Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, and Attorneys to ensure efficiency.
- Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.
