Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution architect.
- Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and Shield.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Einstein Agents.
- Experience with data migrations into and out of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as REST API, SOAP API, Workato, and Middleware solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
Responsibilities
- Transform high-level business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end technical architectures.
- Present architectural options to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Champion a configuration-first approach to minimize custom code and technical debt.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for integration, data security, and development lifecycle (DevOps).
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein solutions.
- Ensure the underlying data architecture is AI-ready by enforcing strict data hygiene and grounding strategies.
- Act as the bridge between business units and the technical team.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and data models.
