Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, revenue operations, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Experience establishing or maturing DevOps practices including CI/CD, testing, and release management.
- Strong data quality management skills including auditing, cleansing, validation, and control implementation.
- Deep platform knowledge with the ability to distinguish between configuration changes and architectural solutions.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured, prioritized backlogs and user stories.
- Experience leading agile delivery from requirements through UAT and production.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools.
- Working knowledge of subscription and entitlement concepts such as proration, true-forward reconciliation, and co-terming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the business systems intake process, gathering and triaging requests from stakeholders into a structured backlog.
- Lead agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with software engineering to establish and improve DevOps practices, environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Manage data quality across core business systems through auditing, cleaning, and implementing ongoing controls.
- Collaborate with Salesforce and NetSuite administrators to diagnose root causes and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate architecture and data-flow decisions.
- Contribute to the modernization of quoting, dynamic pricing, and subscription management capabilities.
