Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a quantitative discipline.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in an internal audit function with knowledge of planning, control testing, risk assessment, and remediation.
- Experience working in a complex, international, or multi-entity operational environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English with ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a distributed team.
- Interest in technology and modern audit automation tools.
- Ability to travel internationally 2–4 times per year for company events.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain internal audit infrastructure including audit templates, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Execute the full audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to control testing and reporting.
- Evaluate global policies and controls to identify gaps and areas of elevated risk.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to implement scalable improvements and risk mitigation.
- Monitor corrective actions and remediation plans through to closure.
- Report audit activity and findings to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
- Modernize audit processes using technology, automation, and data-driven approaches.
