Requirements
- Available for 16 hours per week, with flexible hours.
- Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field).
- At least 1 year of accounting experience (such as processing bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable).
- Advanced proficiency in Dutch, capable of working with Dutch accounting and banking systems.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with various AI tools, such as Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices).
- Manage and actively follow up on queries in the central finance inbox.
- Execute operational tasks and controls within expense management systems such as Pleo and Ramp.
- Proactively identify opportunities and advise on automating and optimizing financial operations using AI tools.
- Support the finance team with various day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
