Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or software/product development.
- Demonstrated success independently leading technically complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, and production operations.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies deeply enough to understand architecture, failure modes, and engineering trade-offs.
- Experience managing software releases, infrastructure migrations, integrations, and production deployments.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to establish structure and accountability in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and senior leadership audiences.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical technical experience.
- Strong ownership mindset and proven track record of successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical programs across VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS platforms, cloud services, and APIs from planning through production.
- Translate engineering and product objectives into structured plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps/SRE, Security, and Network Operations teams.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early to drive resolution or escalation.
- Maintain rigorous execution tracking to ensure commitments have clear ownership.
- Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executives and engineering leaders.
- Use engineering and operational metrics to improve delivery predictability and quality.
- Continuously improve program-management processes and workflows using automation and AI tools.
